Meet Mr. Kamlesh
The project was referred to BitB Labs through a trusted network and was led by Mr. Kamlesh, a farmer by background and an experienced logistics business owner. His dual exposure to farming realities and logistics operations enabled him to identify deep-rooted inefficiencies in the traditional grocery supply chain.

The Problem
Groceries often reach vendors late and stale due to inventory mismanagement. Middle layers cause delays, wastage, and poor quality control. Vendors lack a structured ordering system, and farmers are disconnected from real demand signals.
