Natsoft is a US-based consulting enterprise with over 2,000 employees and BPO operations. They faced major operational issues in their recruitment workflow - high recruiter workload, candidate drop-offs, and no structured way to capture feedback.

High recruiter workload due to repetitive follow-ups. High candidate drop-off after offer rollout. No structured way to capture why candidates reject offers. Manual follow-ups leading to delays, inconsistent data, and recruiter burnout.

💡They needed an AI system that could screen candidates, follow up automatically, and share structured insights back to their CRM.

Instead of building a single-purpose bot, we proposed and built a platform a configurable AI voice orchestration system that non-technical users can adapt to multiple business workflows without engineering support.
