Natsoft is a US-based consulting enterprise with over 2,000 employees and BPO operations. They faced major operational issues in their recruitment workflow - high recruiter workload, candidate drop-offs, and no structured way to capture feedback.

The Problem
High recruiter workload due to repetitive follow-ups. High candidate drop-off after offer rollout. No structured way to capture why candidates reject offers. Manual follow-ups leading to delays, inconsistent data, and recruiter burnout.
